Duncan Grant has asked me to find out from you for the purposes of his book the present owners of the following of his pictures. Would you let me know their names in order that they may be included in the book?

 

1. Portrait of Helen Rowe

2 [illeg.]. The Pond Sussex

3. Dead Mimosa

4. The Chapel Provence

5. Lanscape[sic] Provence

6. The Hammock

7. Nude

8. Still Life--Lamps and Bottle

 

I enclose reproductions of all the above except the first to help you in identifying them. Will you be good enough to return them?
