We have to thank you for your estimate of the 11th inst., which we now accept, and shall be glad if you will bind up the 600 copies. Kindly note to put on the title page NEW EDITION in small capitals; and on the back of the title page FIRST PUBLISHED 1924, NEW EDITION 1930, in italics.

 

We shall be glad if you will kindly let us know when we may expect delivery of this new edition.
