Frost states that Penguin has decided to alter the structure of the Tchekhov book and now hopes to publish the entire material from the Notebooks in conjunction with a biographical sketch of Tchekhov. Frost inquires, in turn, as to the status of The Waves and L. B. Pekin's Darwin.
