Parsons encloses letter from Yvonne Muller of Pearn, Pollinger, and Higham asking about Lear edition of Tchekhov's Notebooks, for which Crown Publishers are requesting publishing rights in UK. Letter is marked personal.

Parsons asks Woolf to handle this. In turn, Parsons states that he is writing to Pearn, Pollinger, and Higham that Constance Garnett material included in edition is copyright and can only be used via arrangement with Chatto and translator's heir.
