Letter from Hogarth Press enclosing MS of The Common Reader, Second Series and requesting the estimated price to reprint, 3000 copies. There are several specifications about the book: "page headings to be in small caps, name of book on left, chapter title on rigth ... all titles of book referred to should throughout be printed in italics."
