Dear Sirs,

V,WOOLF  ORLANDO

With reference to your letter of 12 June, we are glad to accept the estimate for printing 5000 copies and binding 3000 copies of the above book subject to the following. As regards paper we prefer Spalding & Hodge, Universal Antique Laid 80 lbs to that usggested [sic] by you and we propose to instruct the makers to send you on our account 47 1/2 reams quad demy*1 which is the quantity which we understand you will require. Would you confirm this if correct? We have decided to bind in plain and not in marbled cloth, which we presume will effect some saving on the estimate. We will let you know later which cloth we decide on.

Would it be possible for you to let us have two copies of each of the blocks including that on the jacket properly printed which we can send to the American publisher? The name Thomas Sackville should not be printed under the illustration on the jacket

Yours faithfully | Leonard Woolf [signature]
