Description
John Eppstein, Assistant Secretary, informs Leonard Woolf that the pamphlet Robert Cecil is making for Woolf isn't being sent over yet, as there is the pressure of the National Disarmament Demonstration. Eppstein states Cecil hopes to send the pamphlet to Woolf in 10-14 days.
