Dear Sirs:

 

KITCHEN [sic] "STREAMERS WAVING"

In reply to your letter of Oct. 1st. regarding the above book, we regret that as our type has now been distributed we cannot make you a quotation for a large number of sheets. We should, however, be pleased to let you have a small edition of 400 sheets, which are already printed, bearing our imprint and the title page, for the sum of £12. excluding carriage and delivery in U.S.A., you to have the first offer of the author's second book for America.
