Dear Sirs,

 

C.H.B. KITCHIN. STREAMERS WAVING

 

In reply to your letter of July 28th, we beg to state that the American rights of the above book have not yet been placed. We should therefore be pleased to dispose of them to you on the following terms:-

That we should receive a royalty of 10% on the first 1500 sold, and of 15% on all sales above 1500; that we should receive an advance of £25 on signature of the agreement.

We are sending you a copy of the book under separate cover, and shall be interested to hear from you in the matter.
