Letter from Leonard Woolf to Flora Mayor (18/09/1924)

University of Reading, Special Collections

Woolf explains the accounts and total losses to Mayor and discusses advertising though he is hesitant to recommend it. He apologises that Macmillan did not want to take the book and encloses their previous letter to show her [see MS 2750/277/21] He asks her for her first refusal if she writes another novel.
