8th Dec. 1924

Dear Woolf,

I am aware that the children of this world are wiser in their generation than the children of light. But Andrews, though an enthusiast and a visionary, is no fool. He is one of the few people I know whose mind goes where one cannot follow. I think his ideas on the subject of Kenya are worth your attention. I don't know how many copies you sent him after I wrote to you a month or more ago[.]

If you think what you sent him then will have satisfied him, good and well. Otherwise please try to please him.

For a representative Anglo-Indian the 'Statesman' leader writer is most surprising. I send it in case you havent [sic] seen it. Please let me have it back eventually.

Yours | Norman Leys [signature]

I sent Andrews a copy as a personal gift a month ago.
