Harold Bayley, director of Spalding and Hodge writes in reference to the requested Michelet paper which is a French make of paper. He explains that he has written to the mill and is waiting on samples. In the meantime he sends samples of a different paper type that is in stock. He also sends sheets of an alternative moulds make, which isn't in stock but could be made in small quantities.
