Description
Reverend John White wishes Cripps a good time at his Synod. The writer says that he has written to the Colonial Secretary, and mentions the title 'When Labour Rules'. The letter is torn and finishes with the Reverend discussing his belief that politics affects mens' moral susceptibilities.
