Description
The solicitors state that it is the executor who administers the estate, and enquire if there is a known purchaser of copyright. They confirm that if no purchaser is known the copyright in the book will go to a residue legatee, and they will inform the Hogarth Press should that happen. They assert that this is the legal course.
