February 26th .1936.
Dear Mr. Henle,
Many thanks for your letter of February 19th. The small book on the League of Nations is free for America, and I will have a proof copy sent to you as soon as it is ready. You probably realized from the description in the catalogue that this book is intended for schools and for young people generally. It is written in very simple language for that reason, and would hardly be suitable for adult reading. I mention this in case you had overlooked the fact.
I have had requests from two other publishers to see Dr. Reik's book, THE UNKNOWN MURDERER, but I have noted your interest in it, and if they do not take it I will send you a copy. We do not expect to have proofs until the rather late Spring.
Yours very truly,
