Dear Sirs,

 

We enclose an MS [manuscript] for the printing and binding of which we should like you to furnish us with an estimate.

 

We shall require 1000 copies printed but only 400 bound up to begin with.

 

The book should be Crown 8vo [Crown Octavo] set in Garamond.  We should like alternative estimates for binding in [*(a)*] cloth boards and [*(b)*] paper boards.
