The Hogarth Press informs Norman Leys that they have received a letter from the East African Standard regarding advertising rights and ask if he would like to take a four-inch space. They ask if he would like to send a review copy to them but state stocks of his book are low. They pass on a message from Leonard Woolf about the book getting better reviews in a paper Leys has mentioned. [The letter from The East African Standard and enclosed rates are enclosed with this letter]. Within the letter from the East African Standard R. F. Mayer the managing director writes to enclose advertising rights and states that they have not yet received a review copy of Kenya.
