Dear Sirs,

 

We are in receipt of your letter dated 30th August referring to our charge for Credit Notes. We regret mumbering [sic] was mentioned on our invoice in error, as the mumbering [sic] was neither done nor charged for.

 

Regarding our charge for type rent “Jacobs Room” will you kindly leave this matter for a few days as the person who deals with these items is away on holiday.
