Thank you for your letter of the 27th October, regarding the piracy of two articles in the CITADEL. I am glad that you can leave this matter until we have heard from Cairo. We have sent two cables, and should, I hope, receive a reply shortly.

 

I entirely agree with you that the matter should be settled as quickly as it possibly can be arranged.
