Piers Raymond sends Donald Allen the quotes for Sado and the Phoenix anthologies; the costs are only a fraction of the original costs and are the lowest that can be offered. Binding and title pages cost extra, and book jackets would include royalty payments. Raymond states the binding costs are pricey nowadays, and suggests Allen could buy an anthology at half price to include royalty and book jackets. Letter features handwritten annotations
