Leonard Woolf informs WIlliam Plomer that the Press wants to republish I Speak of Africa but finds it hard to sell novel reprints at original price of 7s.6d. Chatto's Phoenix Library is now reissued as New Phoenix Library and has joint publication of Hogarth Press titles; the Press wants to include I Speak of Africa. It is proposed to publish at 5s, but the author cannot be paid more than 5d.
