Norman Leys Esq M.D.
Brailsford
near Derby

2 April, 1926

Dear Leys,

I meant that I was willing not to take any commission on the second edition cheap edition (3rd edition) if it results in a loss. That is that commission will only be payable to us if and when the expenses have been paid.

I send you herewith the yearly account with a cheque for £75-14-10, which is the balance profits which we owe you up to March 31[.]
