Library:

University of Reading, Special Collections

Leonard Woolf informs B. W. Huebsch that he has returned Huebsch's agreement, which Woolf and Julia Strachey have both signed. Woolf states he has altered the agreement by deleting "and Canada", as the Hogarth Press cannot include Canadian rights with the U.S. rights. Woolf has also enclosed a 2nd copy of the altered agreement and asks for it to be initialled by Huebsch and then returned.

Typescript letter signed by Leonard Woolf.
