Very many thanks for your letter of May 26th.

 

Yes, unless anything unforseen [sic] occurs, "The Second Common Reader" by Virginia Woolf will be available at the time you specify, and in the sort of numbers you indicate. I do very much hope, therefore, that your committee will want to include it in the syllabus for the Diploma of English Studies for 1953.
