Forster writes to agree to terms in relation to royalty payments and asks that the The Hogarth Press acts as his agent for America. He mentions the acknowledgment and a dedication for the book. Forster ends the letter discussing his future plans and asks for the second part of Colonel William's memorandum to be sent to him.
