Letter from Elkin Matthews Ltd to The Hogarth Press (31/10/1934)

Percy H Muir of Elkin Matthews writes in regards to a query regarding the binding of The Common Reader They state that they were misinformed about the variant binding and now possess a copy in grey cloth with a paper label on the spine. They feel it is a publisher's binding but ask for confirmation. There is a pencil annotation at the bottom of the letter.
