Arthur Lytton Sells writes on behalf of his wife I.E.Sells and requests permission to include a passage of Mrs Dalloway in a manual of 'French translation & composition'. He details that it will include passages from French and English authors and is designed for Schools and Universities. He asks for permission for around 250 words, he expresses how grateful his wife would be to obtain Virginia Woolf's permission
